Artwork & Proofing Policy
We will not print any order without approved artwork.

• You can provide your own print-ready art, or we can help create/clean it for an artwork fee (if needed).
• Before production, we send a digital mockup (proof) showing: design, placement, print size, and print method.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully check spelling, colors, and placement.
• Once you reply with written approval (email, text, or signed form), the design is considered locked in.
• Any changes after approval may cause additional fees and may delay your deadline.

Internal rule for you  no approval = no print. That’s your shield.
