3. Ordering Process

  • Custom Orders: Once you submit an order, you will receive a digital proof for approval. It is the customer’s responsibility to review and approve all details, including design, layout, colors, and spelling. No changes can be made after proof approval, and all sales are final once production begins.

  • Order Timeline: Production time begins after proof approval and payment. Standard production times are typically 5-10 business days but may vary depending on order complexity or volume. Rush services may be available for an additional fee.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • Pricing: All prices are quoted in USD and are subject to change without prior notice. Quotes provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.

  • Payment Terms: Full payment is required upon proof approval unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other forms of payment as specified on our website.

  • Tax & Shipping: Customers are responsible for all applicable taxes and shipping fees, unless otherwise noted. Any custom duties or international shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

  • No Refund Policy: Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final, and no full refunds will be given for custom orders unless the error is caused by 3T Print Solutions.

  • Corrections for Production Errors: If a production error occurs (e.g., incorrect design, print error), we will correct the order at no additional cost. Customers must notify us within 7 days of receiving the order to qualify for a correction.

  • Proofing Responsibility: Customers are responsible for approving the final proof, which includes checking all details of the design. Errors not related to production (e.g., incorrect spelling, sizing, or design approvals) will not be eligible for corrections or refunds.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery Times: While we strive to meet delivery deadlines, 3T Print Solutions is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances. Shipping times are estimated and not guaranteed.

  • Risk of Loss: Once an order is handed over to the shipping carrier, 3T Print Solutions is no longer responsible for lost or damaged packages. Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Customer Designs: Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to use any designs, logos, or trademarks submitted for printing. 3T Print Solutions assumes no responsibility for the misuse of copyrighted or trademarked material.

  • 3T Print Solutions Content: All materials on our website, including logos, designs, and text, are the property of Triple Tee (3T) Print Solutions and may not be reproduced without written consent.
