At Triple Tee (3T) Print Solutions, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, custom screen-printed apparel. Due to the personalized nature of our products, **all sales are final** once an order is placed.
However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. Please review the details of our return policy below:
1. **No Full Refunds on Custom Orders:**
All custom-printed orders are final and cannot be refunded once production has begun. We do not offer refunds for errors that are not the result of mistakes made by **3T Print Solutions**.
2. **Corrections for Production Errors:**
If there is an error with your order that was caused by our print production team (e.g., incorrect design, colors, or quantities that differ from your approved proof), we will gladly correct the issue at no additional cost. Please notify us within **7 days** of receiving your order to initiate the correction process.
3. **Proof Approval Process:**
Prior to production, a digital proof of your design will be provided for approval. It is the customer’s responsibility to thoroughly review the proof for any errors in design, spelling, layout, and specifications. Once approved, any mistakes not related to production will not qualify for free corrections.
4. **Damaged or Defective Products:**
If your order arrives damaged or defective due to a production issue, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue and your order details. We will work with you to resolve the problem quickly.
5. **Exclusions from Coverage:**
Errors related to sizing, design, or spelling that were approved by the customer at the proofing stage will not be eligible for corrections or refunds.
