We understand things change, but custom work is made specifically for you.

• Changes before approval & payment: Usually okay, but may update the quote.
• Changes after proof approval or garment ordering:
 – May not be possible, or may incur additional fees and delay the order.
• Cancellations after garments are ordered or artwork is done:
– Deposit and artwork fees are non-refundable.
– You may have the option to pick up blank garments that were ordered for you.

If you need your order put on hold, let us know as soon as possible. Long holds may result in storage fees.
