Turnaround, Deadlines & Cutoff Times
Our standard turnaround time is 3–7 business days from the time your invoice is paid and proof is approved, not from the first time you contact us.

• Turnaround depends on current workload, garment availability, and print method.
• We will always give you an estimated completion date once your order is confirmed.
 • Same day or next day options are limited and must be confirmed in advance.

Daily Cutoff Times:
• DTF Orders received after 12PM are treated as received the next business day.

Rush Orders:
• Rush orders may be available for an additional rush fee.
• Rush orders still require artwork approval and payment before we can begin.
 • If we cannot confidently meet your date, we will not accept the rush.
